Referral fee is paid upon successful close of escrow at Provence at The Havens and Realtor is not a party to the escrow. Please be advised that registration of buyer is not a guarantee of referral fee, since Corman Leigh Communities engages in their own marketing other than the MLS. We ask that all Realtors/Brokers accompany their prospective buyer upon the first visit to the community to be considered for a referral fee, at which time you will complete a Broker Registration Form. We will promptly notify all Realtors if the buyer has already been registered and/or procured by a different source. All registrations are valid for 90 days and the offer to purchase documents is not the CAR forms; rather the Seller's New Home PSA approved by the Department of Real Estate.
